Analytics
Every agent has its own Analytics page, reached from that agent’s page (look for Analytics in its toolbar). It shows how much the agent is used, where conversations come from, and how quickly it responds, broken down by channel and by day.
Today at a Glance
Section titled “Today at a Glance”At the top of the page is a row of cards, one per connected channel (Webchat, Slack, Teams, Telegram, Lark, API, and so on), showing today’s activity for each:
- Number of messages sent today
- Number of separate conversations (sessions)
- Tokens used today
- Average response time
- Voice messages received and their total transcribed length, if the agent supports voice
Click a channel card to filter the rest of the page down to just that channel.
Choosing a time range
Section titled “Choosing a time range”Above the main chart you can:
- Switch between Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, or a Custom date range
- Switch the channel filter between All Channels and a specific one (Webchat, Slack, Teams, Telegram, Lark, API)
Usage summary for the selected range
Section titled “Usage summary for the selected range”Once you’ve picked a range, a row of summary cards shows totals for that period:
- Unique Sessions — how many separate conversations happened
- Total Messages — how many messages were exchanged
- Total Tokens — the combined tokens used (with an input/output split), which relates directly to your monthly token allowance
- Avg Response — how long the agent typically took to reply
- Active Days — how many days in the range had at least one message
- Voice Memos, if applicable — number of voice messages and total transcribed duration
- Task Exec Time — time spent running background tasks or skills (for example, browsing the web or running code) during the period
Messages per day chart
Section titled “Messages per day chart”Below the summary cards is a bar chart showing message volume for each day in the selected range, for the selected channel (or combined across all channels). It’s the fastest way to spot a spike, a quiet stretch, or a steady week-over-week climb.
