Settings & Business Details

The Settings page covers your workspace as a whole: your account, your API keys, and the business details used for billing. That’s different from the settings tab on an individual agent, which only affects that one agent’s behavior. This page applies across your entire Minicrew account.

Account

Shows your login details:

Your email address and name
How you sign in (Google account or passwordless magic-link email)
Your workspace’s unique Tenant ID, which you can copy — useful if you ever need to reference your workspace when contacting support
A Sign Out button for your current session

API Keys

Bearer tokens used to authenticate calls to the Minicrew Messaging API, the same API described in each agent’s API Access page. These keys are shared across your whole workspace; hand them to a developer connecting WhatsApp, a custom app, or any other integration.

Click + Create API Key, give it a descriptive name (“Production integration,” say), and it’s created right away. Each key can be shown, copied, or revoked. Revoking one immediately stops anything using it, so only do that once you’re sure nothing depends on it.

Billing Details

This is your e-invoice profile: the legal and tax details Minicrew uses to issue valid invoices for your subscription, particularly relevant for businesses in Malaysia’s e-invoicing system. Fill this in before subscribing to a paid plan.

You’ll first choose what kind of entity you’re registering as:

Foreigner / non-Malaysian
Malaysian individual
Malaysian-registered business

The fields that appear depend on your choice: a registered business gets asked for its business registration details, while an individual sees a simpler form. Your billing email is always tied to your account’s login email and can’t be changed independently here.
