Billing & Plans
The Billing page is where you manage your subscription, watch usage, and top up if you need more capacity. It covers your whole workspace, not any single agent.
Minicrew’s plans run from a free tier up through higher-usage paid tiers and a custom Enterprise option. Each plan sets how many agents you can run, how many tokens (the unit measuring how much your agents “think” and respond) are included per month, and which features and channels are available.
You can switch between monthly and annual billing; annual pricing is discounted against paying monthly. Pricing shows live on the page in your account’s currency, so check the app for current figures rather than trusting a number quoted elsewhere.
Subscribing to a paid plan for the first time requires completing your billing details (your e-invoice profile) before checkout, so Minicrew can issue a valid invoice.
The page shows your current status at a glance:
- Subscription status — Active, Trialing (with days remaining), Past Due, or Canceled
- Agents used — how many of your plan’s agent slots are in use
- Tokens used — your token consumption for the current billing period against your plan’s included allowance, shown as a running total and a progress bar
- Billing period — the start and end dates of your current cycle, and when your usage resets
On a custom/Enterprise plan, your specific limits and contract end date show here instead of the standard plan numbers.
Token packs
Section titled “Token packs”Likely to run over your plan’s monthly token allowance? Buy a token pack, a one-off top-up of extra tokens. Packs are priced in your account’s currency and shown on the page with current pricing. Purchased tokens get added to your available balance and are drawn down only after your plan’s included allowance runs out.
Upgrading, downgrading, and switching billing cadence
Section titled “Upgrading, downgrading, and switching billing cadence”Change plans directly from this page: pick a new plan and complete checkout. Downgrades and cancellations are managed from here too. Switch plans mid-cycle and the change takes effect as soon as the payment provider confirms it (the page briefly shows an “activating” state right after checkout while this settles).
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Past invoices and receipts live in the billing portal linked from this page, where you can also update your payment method.
