Referrals

The Referrals page lets you share Minicrew with other businesses and track who joins through your link.

Your referral link

At the top of the page: your personal referral link, plus a short referral code. Click Copy to grab the link and share it however you like, email, social media, or directly with someone you think would find Minicrew useful.

Tracking your referrals

Below your link, the page shows:

Onboarded through your link — a running count of how many businesses have signed up and completed setup using your referral
A table listing each referral individually, showing the organization name (when available), the email they signed up with, their status, and the date they joined

Each referral shows one of two statuses:

Onboarded — they’ve signed up and finished setting up their workspace
Pending — they’ve signed up through your link but haven’t finished onboarding yet

The table is paginated; use the Previous / Next controls at the bottom if your referral list runs long.

Want to earn commission instead of just tracking signups?

The Referrals page in your dashboard is the simple version: share a link, watch who signs up. Getting actually paid for referrals is a separate program, run outside the app.

Minicrew’s Partner Referral Program pays commission on every paid account you refer, at minicrew.ai/referral. Rates step up the more you’ve referred in total, not per deal: 10% commission at the lower tier, 12% in the mid-range, and 15% at the highest tier of referred accounts.

Commission is calculated against the referred account’s package price. The site has a live earnings calculator if you want to see what a given number of monthly signups works out to at your tier.
